1. Free Trial Period
1.1 Farmer Pro 7-Day Free Trial
- New subscribers to Farmer Pro get a 7-day free trial
- You will NOT be charged during the trial period
- Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
- If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically charged after the trial ends
- You can only use the free trial once per account
1.2 How to Cancel During Trial
To cancel your free trial:
- Open Cultagrix app
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Note: If you cancel during the trial, you can continue using Pro features until the trial period ends.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Farmer Pro and Agri Business). You can request a full refund if:
- You purchased a subscription within the last 7 days
- You are not satisfied with the service for any reason
- This is your first refund request for this account
2.2 What You Get Back
- 100% refund of the subscription amount
- Refund processed to your original payment method
- No questions asked, no justification needed
2.3 Processing Time
- Refund initiated within 24-48 hours of approval
- 3-7 business days for amount to appear in your account (depends on payment method)
- UPI refunds: 1-3 business days

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
Method 1: Through the App
- Open Cultagrix
- Go to Profile → Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
Method 2: Contact Support
3.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You can continue using Pro/Business features until then
- You will NOT be charged for the next billing cycle
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free (Basic) plan
- Your data remains intact - you can resubscribe anytime
3.3 No Partial Refunds
If you cancel after the 7-day guarantee period, you will NOT receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
Example: If you subscribe on January 1 for ₹299/month and cancel on January 20, you will not receive a refund, but you can use Pro features until January 31.
4. Refund Scenarios

- Technical issues preventing service use (after support attempts)
- Charged incorrectly or duplicate charges
- Accidentally purchased wrong plan
- Service did not meet promised features
✗ NOT Eligible for Refund
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Account suspended/terminated due to Terms violation
- You changed your mind after using the service extensively
- Dissatisfaction with AI accuracy (as per disclaimer in Terms)
- You didn't cancel before free trial ended (but exceptions may apply)
- Refund already provided previously
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Step-by-Step Process

5.2 Alternative: In-App Support
- Open Cultagrix app
- Go to Profile → Help & Support

6. Payment Failures and Errors
6.1 Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but your account is debited:
- The amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 3-7 days
- If not refunded, contact us immediately with transaction details
- We'll coordinate with the payment gateway for resolution
6.2 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately. Contact us with proof of duplicate transactions.
6.3 Incorrect Amount Charged
If you were charged an amount different from what was displayed, we will refund the difference or the full amount (based on your preference).
7. Subscription Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan (e.g., Agri Business to Farmer Pro, or Farmer Pro to Basic):
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the price difference
- You continue to enjoy the current plan until the period ends
8. Upgrades and Pro-Rated Charges
If you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan mid-cycle:
- The upgrade is effective immediately
- You are charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining days
- Next billing cycle will be at the new plan's full price
Example: You have Farmer Pro (₹299/month). On day 15, you upgrade to Agri Business (₹699/month). You'll be charged approximately ₹350 for the remaining 15 days, then ₹699 for the next full month.
9. Promotional Offers and Discounts
- Refunds on promotional/discounted subscriptions follow the same 7-day policy
- If you got a discount code, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the original price
- Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be refunded separately
10. Annual Subscriptions
10.1 Yearly Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions (Farmer Pro ₹2,999/year or Agri Business ₹7,999/year):
- Within 7 days: Full refund of ₹2,999 or ₹7,999
- After 7 days: No refund for unused months
10.2 Cancellation of Annual Plans
- You can cancel anytime, but no partial refund
- Subscription remains active for the full year you paid for
- Will not auto-renew after the year ends
11. Special Circumstances
11.1 Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service:
- Contact support immediately
- Our team will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If unresolved, we may extend your subscription or provide a refund
11.2 Death or Disability
In case of death or permanent disability of the subscriber, family members can request subscription cancellation and potential refund by providing:
- Death certificate or disability certificate
- Proof of relationship

11.3 Natural Disasters
If your farm is affected by natural disasters (floods, droughts, cyclones) and you can no longer afford the subscription:
- Contact us with details of the situation
- We may offer subscription freeze, refund, or free access on a case-by-case basis

12. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method:
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID (1-3 business days)
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card (5-7 business days)
- Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account (3-5 business days)
- Wallet: Refunded to the same wallet (1-3 business days)
